Fisher & Paykel dryer doesnt spin sometimes, particularly with a medium load. need to spin it myself to get it going at times

My dryer is not heating. It’s not the lint trap. Need expert with tools equipment and probably will need to get parts to fix problem. Will pay for parts separately. Thanks

I need to install a Washer Dryer Combo machine in my kitchen. The machine will be right next to the existing sink and I need a plumber to 1) connect a water inlet pipe to the existing pipes and to the machine and 2) to connect an outlet pipe to the existing pipes and to the machine. 3) A hole will need to be made in the cabinet to allow the pipes to go through from the sink side of the cabinet to the other side where the machine will go. My Electrolux UltimateCare 800 clothes dryer (see photo) won't start. All the settings light up as usual (see photo), but nothing happens when I press the start arrow. The water collection reservoir is empty. It has been working perfectly for years til about 2 days ago. The washing machine underneath works perfectly. Price is negotiable if job is complex. I have a Fisher & Paykel 7kg Vented Dryer DE7060P2. The dryer is currently wall mounted (see pic), and there is already a hole in the wall for external venting (see pic). I need someone to install a venting kit to connect the dryer to this hole. I have already purchased the DK4W venting kit (see pic) required for external venting. I need someone to come and: (1) Take down dryer from existing wall mounting. (2) Install venting kit to connect dryer to hole in the wall (3) Change configuration settings on dryer so that it vents to the back (factory setup is for venting from the front) (4) Place dryer back on wall (on existing wall mounting) (5) Place a vent cap on outside of house to stop rain water entering the dryer exhaust system.
