There is one flight of stairs that old condensor dryer needs to be carried up. Requires two men as is heavy

I have a Beko dryer that needs a flat plug fitted to it so that it can be plugged into the socket (the power socket has a tiny gap between it and a metal stand so a normal plug does not fit). I previously had it plugged into a power board not realising this cannot be done with a dryer - a friend tried to put a flat plug on it but recommended I get an electrician. We moved house this weekend and the removal team installed our washer and dryer, but I just used the dryer for the first time and there is water all over the floor. Not sure what is wrong - maybe a connection issue? Would like help to install it correctly so that it doesn’t leak. The dryer is a Bosch serie 8 self cleaning condenser. It is possible that you may need to cut a hole in the laundry cabinet to make more room for the washer and dryer connections so if you could bring something for that just in case it would be helpful. The wall brackets have been attached to a brick wall ..... the dryer now needs to be lifted up to 2.2 metre height and clipped onto the brackets .....no tools required just the ability to lift approximately 30kg and manoeuvre into place
