Hi There, Looking to have my verandah area cleaned and windows of the house. Due to an injury in not able too. Windows - Approx 8 windows Verandah - Needs to be swep up, cement area hosed down, outdoor tables and chairs to be cleaned. Any more details needed please let me know. More photos to come. Details: Install 10x10 cm tiles in a chequerboard pattern, with a black border - see attached reference photo. Area: 10 metres x 1.9 metres. The surface is a 15 cm high raised concrete slab – tiling is required on both the top surface and all exposed sides, fully encasing the slab. The concrete is in good condition and has been prepped for tiling. Tiles will be supplied – just need a professional to complete the installation. Looking for an experienced tiler with attention to detail and skill in patterned layouts. Please bring your own tools, adhesive, and grout (unless otherwise discussed). Let me know your availability and estimated time to complete the job.

4x4 verandah required with flooring

Installation of Cooldeck at backyard. 6 meters by 7 meter.

Supply and install 13m x 3.6m cool deck 75mm roof panels with Trimdeck CB roof on 40mm top hats. All with back channel to existing masonry walls and beams. Gutter and barge capping.

A roof tile has come off the gable at front of house & also I need verandah tiled at front door 60cm length ×120cm

Paint exterior of home, paint will be provided will need to supply ladder if the one I have is not sufficient. Painting of eves, bread day posts and all trim including window surrounds and front door.

I have 2 freestanding flat roof verandahs to installed purchased from Olympic industries. Posted to be installed and concreted into the ground. Available to install after 14/10/24. Location next to house and chemically bolted to hebel walls. Verandah 1 - 3.52x1.99m x3m height with 4x 65mm posts Verandah 2 - 3x3.4m x 3m height with 4x 90mm posts.

Remove and take away. Easy access.

The verandah has 90%.structure put up, there are 2 or 3 structural posts to erect. Then i would need you measure and order the appropriate amount of roofing sheets that will then need to finish project off - Due date: Before Tuesday, 3 October 2023

need someone with a scaffold with adjustable feet to install some bullnose sheets to my verandah. They blew off couple months ago so just need reinstalling. 4 tek screws front and back basically. Only issue is the height. Sheets would be about 3.5m high with slight slope to the paved ground. Need a length of lead flashing put on the ridge too. I'll supply the flashing, screws and bullnose sheets. After you set up the scaff probably take an hr. - Due date: can be done on Saturday or Sunday. I'm negotiable

Timber under my back verandah and window frames need painting. I have the paint. I think the timber may need to be cleaned before painting. - Due date: Flexible
