Scope of works:- – Eave Repair • Replace a cracked section of 3mm cement sheet eave lining. Damage was caused during a previous installation of steel eave grilles by an electrician. The electrician only patched and painted, but the repair line is visible It requires proper replacement for a clean, seamless finish. This is a Straightforward job (no complex carpentry) Task 2 – Ceiling Patch • Fill and repair 2 small ceiling holes left from a relocated bathroom exhaust fan • Includes patching, sanding, and painting to match existing ceiling I have attached photo’s.

I am seeking an experienced electrician and plasterer (or a company that can coordinate both trades) to complete a small but detailed job at my home. Property details: • Residential home, ~5 years old • Steel ceiling framing Scope of Works Electrician – Bathroom Exhaust Fan • Remove existing non-ducted bathroom exhaust fan (Clipsal AD6600S) • Install new larger, ducted exhaust fan (Dombus 6-in-1 Slimline) with a steel Ventair external grille(outside) not the plastic one in box • Dombus Fan must be installed sideways in a different ceiling position due to steel framing. • Old fan location will leave two small ceiling holes (to be sanded, painted & replaced by plasterer) Electrician • Supply and install 2 x IP65 weatherproof power points inside roof space. I have 2x solar whiz fan RW-40 heat extraction fans that run on solar during day but need powerpoints in the roof to connect power at night. These deivxes take minimal power. • Wire to and connect both fans to a Schneider 2-channel simple timer at the switchboard (timer supplied by me) • Supply and install RCBO • Purpose: allow two fans to run on separate night schedules Plasterer • Replace 3mm cement sheet eave lining previously damaged during installation of steel eave grilles by another electrician. He only patched it up and painted but the line can be seen. This is a piece if cement sheet. Budget • All Electrical work-$700 • Plastering work (bathroom patch & eave sheet replacement) $200 This is not a very big job as long as the specialised trades work on it. Additional Notes • Preference from a company trades who can coordinate timing *Prefer careful trades

I need someone to patch 1 small section of broken drywall, move 2 cable pass through wall plates by about 60 cm to the left and patch up the 2 holes left from the previous cable wall plates. Wall needs to be painted after work in done. Paint will be provided. PS...there is a tv wall mount in the way that I dont want to remove. Concrete & Masonry work 1. Pressure wash Aggregate concrete driveway, path & Stairs. 2. Clear Seal with dark colour Tint to keep Aggregate & stairs look new or Spray Pave aggregate concrete depending on trades recommendation 3. Fix small minor chip in aggregate with epoxy 4. Dark colour Topical coloured sealer around plain concrete complete perimetre or Spray Pave perimetre plain concrete depending on trades recommendation 5. Install few Control joints (Approximately 4) & fill in small minor chips with epoxy on plain concrete Retaining Walls:- Require retaining walls (Kensington Sleepers) to be cleaned & sealed with a very dark Topical coloured sealer(Wet Look) Brickwork (Masonry):- Pressure wash Brickwork & repoint some work with good mortar. (Builders Bricks are Brittle) House is only 2 years old, but want to refresh it to look new. Photo’s of concrete were taken when it rained.
