Some switches have fan controllers but the original fan controllers will be kept. One switch requires a bypass on the fan switch as we had a remote control fan installed.

Verandah has a fair amount of rot. Not extensive but enough to moderately endanger our safety. 7-8 planks in the decking and 5-7 sections of the balustrade.
