Damage to the wall is approximately 20 x 10 cm. Not really a hole, more like a big crack that's noticeable.
She arrived early, and did the work incredibly fast and efficiently. Explained what she did, and offered to come back to repaint the walls where the damage was done if I didn't like the shade of paint after it dried.
