The ?cement edge under our front door is damaged and we’d like someone to make it look a little better (see photo). Not sure what the best way to do this is

We have some loose boards on a second floor verandah ceiling that need to be screwed in.

Remove and reinstate ceiling board on second story verandah where birds have been accessing. Ensure all other boards on ceiling are screwed in. Clean surround area and deck including bird droppings around doors

We have redesigned the kitchen to be open plan and require a plasterer to prepare the walls for painting. See pictures of the areas that need filling

Sanding and staining handrails on a verandah

We require a new roof on a 60s house on the small verandah out the front so that our carpenter can come in and finish off replacing the water damaged wooden pieces and get ready for painting. Quotes will be for labour and plus material costs * New Down pipe * Replace roof lower front awning * New Box gutter

Quote for stairs gyprock required. I am happy to buy gyprock/mud/angles if required.

Need an awning/shelter built to cover some electrical cords to protect them from the weather - Due date: Flexible

Require qualified electrician to install one power point inside townhouse. The location is inside directly opposite (and slightly lower) than the outside power box. - Due date: Flexible

Re grouting of tiles in bathroom and kitchen ,replacing tiles in shower - Due date: Before Wednesday, 1 February 2023

Ceiling around skylight has sunk may need replacing or re securing - Due date: Before Wednesday, 1 February 2023
