100sqm of timber hardwood floor requires sanding and polishing for a renovation

Floor sanding, 3m x 6m (18 square meters) kitchen/dinning at Woodridge. Some boards were rotten and have been replaced and some are now a little lippy on the join. I need the floor to be sanded flat and smooth, this includes punching down any nails and puttying ready for varnishing. Please only reply if you have the equipment, knowledge and experience to be able to do this task well. I understand there could still be some minor stains and divots/dents in some places, it's an old floor and thats fine as long as it's well sanded and not left rough and uneven.

We need 3m2 of engineered floorboards installed in our mudroom area. It will be installed onto a concrete floor. We will provide the flooring and glue. We need someone who has experience in the installation of this exact product. Thank you

I have 3 planks in my timber deck that have started rotting and need replacing. They are 85x19mm spotted gum timber planks. The 3 planks measure approx 1620mm, 1670mm and 2080mm Job will be to remove old planks and install new ones then a coat of decking oil. Including supply of new planks and all fasteners/hardware and BYO tools. I have some leftover decking oil to use.

Still looking for a hardwood floor installer. I am replacing the carpets in four bedrooms with hardwood flooring (not engineered). The wood is spotted gum 130mm x 19mm. The total floor area of the four bedrooms (including wardrobes) is approximately 60-65sqm. I already have the flooring and the glue. I do not have the nails but I can get or I can pay for whatever you buy. The hardwood is tongue and groove. We take ownership of the house in Gilston on 25 June and are looking to start installation ASAP so we can then start painting and move in. Remove carpet and Lino and put hybrid laminate flooring

We had a contractor come and sanding and tint some hooped pine floors but the tint is patchy and it needs alight sand and another coat of feason and Watson tint proof in brown Japan. 53m2. Timber is hooped pine. Need it done asap as we have moved out the house temporarily to have this done

Timber polisher for home

We've pulled out some built in furniture, and removed a nib wall in a house with timber floorboards. You can now see the boards look different where they were covered. Would like to have them spruced up to look like the rest.

I’d like VJ boards throughout most of the house, and the home is old so the walls are asbestos. I’d also like the current vinyl and carpet flooring ripped up and replaced with hybrid flooring or an overlay. I also need a few areas of the house painted.
