I have a small ensuite bathroom in my apartment that has had some water seepage issues, we had a plumber come have a look but they found no leaks in the pipes. We lifted the floor tiles up about 3 months ago and found that the motar under the tiles was soaked with water and crumbling. As you can see in the images there are large chunks of the mortar that has crumbled away due to prolonged water saturation. The water only dried once the tiles were removed. The bathroom has not used for over 6 months. We believe now that the water entered the mortar under the tiles from damaged grout in the shower. Another tiler has suggested that the motar beneath the tile was not appropriately sloped to allow water to drain into the drainholes leading to it being trapped under the tiles for months. As such, I'm looking for someone to remove/redo the mortar floor such that it drains properly. In addition to this the remaining black tiles on the wall will need to be removed and new tiles need to be installed (I have these tiles already). The waterproof membrane will also need to be repaired as it is damaged in some sections. The entire area that needs to be redone (floor and partial wall) is approximately 6m2 I wish to keep the current toilet and shower if possible to save on costs. They will need to also be temporarily removed. Any quotes from qualified tradesmen would be much appreciated, thank you for your time.

A couple of the attached pictures show the moisture seeping through the floor. As such, I’m looking for someone to pull up the remaining tiles (as you can see some have been removed already), waterproof the floor and lay some new tiles down. I wish to keep the current toilet and shower so they will have to be disconnected/removed. I am only looking to remove the black tiles seen in the images, this is roughly 6m2 I am currently looking for quotes, thank you for your time

Removal of old grout along the shower floor and regrout. It looks to have small cracks. And the silicone around the bottom edge of shower is coming off. If it could look like new that would be great

I have a rectangular kitchen laundry that I am renovating. I have 600 x600 terrazzo tiles (10mm) the area is approx 8.4M squared. I would like to get someone to lay the tiles. I am expecting to grout and finish the job. We will be waterproofing prior to tiling. This will be done in advance. We will also require a 15 cm skirt around approx 3 metres of the tiles area.
