Find a professional tiler in Bonogin

Job description: I am looking for an experienced bathroom tiler for a straightforward labour-only tiling job at my home in Bonogin. This is not a full bathroom renovation package. I do not need a kitchen/bathroom renovation company, project manager, designer, or builder-margin quote. I am looking for a good tiler who is happy to do the tiling work directly for a fair hourly rate, day rate, or clear labour-only price. Scope: Two bathrooms. The job is mainly tile laying, cuts, adhesive, grout, silicone/finish as required. Waterproofing can be handled separately by my waterproofing contractor, so please quote tiling separately. If you also do waterproofing properly, you can price that as a separate line item, but I do not want it bundled into a large bathroom renovation quote. Tiles will be supplied or confirmed before the job starts. I want someone reliable, neat, and practical who can come and inspect, confirm what prep is required, give me a fair labour estimate, and get the job done properly. Splash back tiling approx 3.2 m2. 200 x200 tiles - Due date: Before Tuesday, 22 November 2022

Supply and replace the tile grout on pool coping around my 13 x 2m pool. Also supply and replace the silicon between the pool coping and between the house and the pool tiles. - Due date: Flexible
