Find a professional tiler in Strathpine

Need to get the Vinyl roll carpet installed in my lounge and passage. There is existing tiled floor. We need to lay the carpet on top of it.

Total area (walls and floor) about 20 square metres

Looking for an experienced tiler to do the following: 1. Screed and shape a shower step – approx. 150mm thick. 2. Lay floor tiles – 6.2 m² area. 3. Lay wall tiles – 12.2 m² area. Tiles will be supplied.

For a tenanted property, 4 tiles 150mm size have come away from the wall. Am looking to get someone to re-adhere to the wall, regrout etc. Will need to give the tenant 24 hrs notice. Thank you!

Need tiler to 1. Remove half tile as highlighted 2. Cut and replace 2 new tiles to size as per existing tiles 3.grout tiles where replaced 4. Cut metal strip and glue to hide gap as per below but open to any better ideas… As per picture there is a gap between benctop and tiles, new kitchen has been installed. I was thinking for an “easy” and quick fix, a metal flat bar strip (https://www.bunnings.com.au/metal-mate-60-x-3mm-1m-aluminium-flat-bar-1m_p0427754) could be cut and then stuck to tile? But open to ideas? This is rental property so doesn’t need to be perfect. I will Pay for materials.

Need this strip of broken and missing tiles fixed up by removing existing tiles either re-tiling with tiles that will match or rendering it with a smooth finish. Whatever makes it look nice enough.

Around 2mx1.6m to tile - I have tiles ready - can supply grout and glue if needed - I will remove vynl floor and skirting - no tiling required for skirting I have done and can do myself but don’t have the time atm. If the work is good I have other bigger projects.
