1. There are a couple of tiles in the laundry that have come away from the wall. They need to be reattached. 2. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry floor tiles grouting needs to be freshened up. 3. Blue tiles around the kitchen walls, which could also be freshened up as well – this needs to be checked to see if it can be done. 4. Balcony staining (rust colours) in the tiles.

We need our bathroom old seal to be removed properly cleaned out and then re-sealed.
