I would like to replace eight floor tiles on the floor of my apartment balcony. Three would need to be cut to shape. I have the spare tiles.

Need someone to fix up this mess. I had my bathroom renovated by an amateur. The bathtub probably needs some magic acid type thing to clean properly (this is what it looks like cleaned with normal products). And I just had a professional tiler tell me that they can't regrout it because the gap between the tiles and tub is too big. The silicone under the taps is coming off, so can't be cleaned. The end result doesn't need to be perfect, but just make it look cleaner than this please.
