Hello. I'm after an experienced tiler, who works tidy and loves their Job. No rushed and sloppy workmanship. Job details. Area 13m2. 300 x 600. Re tiler over existing area. Straightforward job. Not much tile cutting required. Floor is even, so easy to stick down new tiles. Tiles over the step needs to be removed, so my front door will close. Please see photos provided. Price is a day price and should include everything to complete the job, materials and caulking. I will pay for the tiles and grout. I'm hoping l can use the chosen tilers trade discount to buy the items from National tiles. PLEASE NOTE. JOB IS TO START IN 3 WEEKS TIME DUE TO THE TILES NOT BEING IN STOCK.

I need: 1. touch ups to gaps in laundry and toilet floor tiles, only the tiles where the caulk/grout has come off, not all tiles. As per the attached photos, the bathroom floor is very worn and tired. I want the stone tiles re-grouted (tiles are 40cm * 40cm) and the entire floor re-sealed (please consider whether existing sealant must be removed to ensure the finish looks great). The total floor area is 6.5m2. To be 100% clear, the job is in 2 parts:- a) Re-grouting and apply new silicon. b) Re-sealing the stone tiles.

Grout in a shower recess has become discoloured and needs to be removed and replaced with the same colour. The tiled area is 200cm high and total linear length is 4m (across 4 sides). There is one recessed area (as per photo attached). Each tile is 95mm * 95mm.

The back of our shop has moss growing on the tiles outside and steps. Please see photos of area.

Please see images of broken tiles attached. A row of approximately 4 terracotta indoor stair tiles need to be carefully demolished and removed without damaging surrounding tiles. New replacement terracotta tiles (supplied by us) will need to be cut and installed on the same row. Located at an office in Camberwell. Work needs to be completed during a Friday afternoon. Ignore budget stated. We would like to know how many hours of labour this work will take and your fair quote.
