Also remove old silicone from shower bases, apply new silicone to seal and waterproof wall-floor joins and in and around drain hole, apply penetrating sealer. Supply and install a small Cement sheet or underlay to the area where the tiles are removed(see pic), on top of yellow tongue board exposed. Waterproof area where the 3 tiles have come up. Lay only 3 tiles using proper adhesive. I can supply the grout, silicone and waterproofing if needed.

I need floor tiles removed in my hallway, kitchen and laundry. I have removed a section in the back of my house and they are not easy but with the right tools it shouldn’t be to hard. There are tiles then cement sheet, the cement sheet is nailed to the hardwood flooring underneath. I want to potentially keep the hardwood flooring and fill sand and polish but all depends on the end finish when the tiles are removed.
