I need someone to clean my balcony tiles. The balcony is small (3.3x2.3m) but there are some stubborn stains from the oil (BBQ). I need them to be removed. I’ve tried doing it myself using sugar soap and brush, but it probably requires a steam cleaner or scrubber. Keep in mind that it’s an apartment and you need to ensure that the excessive water doesn’t flow on the balconies downstairs. Otherwise, the drainage appears to be good, so it probably can be steam cleaned. The payment will be released once the tiles are fully dried because stains are invisible on the wet tiles. I’ve just had someone pressure-clean my pavers, only to realise the surface is actually stained from years of built-up grime. I’m now looking for someone to either: • Professionally clean them using a specialised tool such as a pressure steam or grout-cleaning device, or • Provide a quote to repaint or reseal the pavers for a fresh, new look. My main goal is for the pavers to look as new as possible, so I’m open to whichever method gives the best result. Please include all service fees in your offer, and supply any paint, sealant, or equipment required for the job. Additionally there is a product at Bunnings call 30 minutes set and forget which is apparently meant to do this exact task so if anyone has experienced using that and thinks it will work please let me know
