It’s a 25sqm studio apartment, so not a lot of things. The only larger items are a QS bed and mattress, three seat lounge and a lightweight desk and bookshelf. Other than that, boxed/bagged household items (kitchen, bathroom, bedding, books, clothes, etc.). The new residence is on the first floor but has a large balcony facing the street, some items could be hauled up and over the balcony using ropes. We can pack things in bags with handles, so they can easily be hauled up and over, minimising carrying up the stairs. Access to the studio apartment is at ground level (from side lane) and directly from the street to the first floor unit. The two properties are less than ten minutes apart, I can’t see the entire job taking longer than two hours, max.
