I bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK and the previous owner had installed a double-din Android head unit. It’s got Zlink installed which allows us to use Apple CarPlay. The issues we are having: Zlink software needs updating from version K4811 to latest version The microphone might need replacing. We can hear callers well but they can’t hear us very well. The microphone itself, or the cable/connection, might have a problem causing rough/broken reception. I will purchase a mic. Just need it fitted. The head unit came with a USB port but it hasn’t yet been installed. It needs to be installed ensuring that it can power our phones AND enable us to plug in a USB thumb-drive to update the software. Please let me know if you are able to help, approximate costs and if you need any further information.
