We require a number of light switches, PowerPoints, and fans replaced, as well as installation of downlights by a licensed electrician. Optional: a split system air conditioning unit. Week of SUNDAY 18 January onwards. We would like to supply our own parts (downlights, switches, PowerPoints, fans, and A/C unit), except for cabling, specific connections, and materials, etc Labour and parts can be negotiated. Quote for labour is primary requirement. Please Note: All downlights are new installs, replacing existing wall or ceiling mounted lighting. Utilise the existing cable and circuit, replacing from wall mounting into ceiling. All downlights will be male plug type. We can supply the female plug type connection upon an electrician’s advice, or utilise their own supply if preferred. All fans are fan only, with no combined light, and will be wired into existing circuit. Light switches will be combined with fan rotary switches on a single plate where a fan exists. All powerpoints are replacement only from single/double plate to all double plate and staying in same position. Holes in walls left over from movement of wall mounted lights / fan switches can be repaired by client. This is the list - can I get a quote please - Replace 2 x double socket power outlets - Replace 1 x light switch faulty mechanism - Re-cable and reinstate existing lamp post to front driveway area (conduit laid already)(Reconfigure wiring for external pole light from inside at power outlet to outside, wire in new sunset switch on external wall of house, configure cabling from sunset switch to pole light to only come on at night) - Order and replace faulty rangehood switching module - Remove existing motion sensor and daylight switch for lights, re-arrange wiring in cavity to suit and replace with new sunset switch. Cover existing hole with blank plate if needed - Front door lights - remove sensor and day night switch and reconfigure wiring to allow light to be controlled by existing switch on wall only. 2 switches with fan controller

All of a sudden, every light switch in my house pops the main fuse and i cannot use any of them. All powerpoints are functioning and other things like air con, garage door etc is all functioning. Seems like a main lighting circuit fault - need to get this investigated and fixed.
