Council collectors refused to take the bags not in the red bin or empty the recycling bin. - remove 7 to 8 large bin bags (mostly containing beer case cardboard, bottles and cans) - a few things left by passers by - take 3 bags out of the recycling bin (so council won’t refuse it next time) - put both bins back to the house front yard.
