Single storey house slightly raised off ground. Need gutters cleaned. Old gutter guard to be removed in places as embedded with soil and plants. New basic gutter guard to be installed (this is already on site, just basic installation laying it in the gutter required, no clips). There is a ladder on site, but just regular height (2.4m). It only safely reaches the roof on one corner of the house due to the higher deck on that side of the house. If you are willing to work from the roof you can access from here, but if you are working from the ground via ladder only you will need to bring a longer ladder to reach all sides of the house.

I have a box air-conditioner which has no drain and it's dripping into the aircon underneath it. It needs a little drainpipe added and to run to the adjacent stormwater downpipe which is about half a metre away. You'll need a ladder. It's a first floor unit.

Gutter and brackets were previously dislodged. Brackets have been reinstalled at the same level (next to old holes) using countersink screws (see attached). The gutter may not sit flush due to the screws. Can possibly use pop rivets instead, though it has sat in the bracket base with existing countersink screws. Two joined older-style gutters need to be reattached and aligned so they sit flush with both the fascia and the base of the gutter brackets. The gutters and brackets were previously dislodged, and all brackets have now been reinstalled at the same level (next to the original holes) using Buildex M4.8 x 30mm countersunk screws (see attached photo). It’s possible the screws may be slightly affecting how the gutter seats in the bracket base; however, I’ve previously had the gutter sitting perfectly flush with both the fascia and bracket base using these same countersunk screws. After adjusting one bracket slightly, it no longer sits flush. Pop rivets could potentially be used instead of the countersunk screws if that provides a better fit. The task requires someone experienced with gutter alignment and adjustment to ensure both joined sections sit evenly and flush along the fascia line and bracket base. All materials (gutters, screws) are already on site. You’ll need to: • Bring your own ladder, drill, and levelling tools • Check and adjust alignment and fall if needed • Ensure gutters sit flush with fascia and bracket base • Use safe working practices when working at single-storey height • Clean up any offcuts or debris after completion I can assist with the job (holding, aligning, passing tools, etc.) to make things easier and faster.
