Find a roof repair professional in Mount Waverley

Need someone to get on the roof and inspect where the leak is. I suspect there is a leak where my roof connects to my neighbour’s wall. I have attached 2 photos. One is my roof and the other is the inside of my neighbour’s garage. When it rains, water is entering my neighbour’s garage. I also require the flashing on another section of my room to be fixed. Currently it is bent and is directing water to the corner, which is resulting in the water overflowing off my roof instead of flowing into the gutter.

Cracks on the flexible pointing of ridge caps needs repair. Then general roof cleaning.

As in pictures , few things need to be fixed on the roof , I need a specialist to advice and fix defects

Roof is having water leak. Need to inspect and fix it. Looks like gutter also need repair and cleaned. Water leakage inside 2 rooms.
