Need the roof cleaned (newly restored so just blowing) and then all the gutters cleaned out and gutter gaurd installed. The gutter does need repair/replace in several areas but happy to do this as 2 seperate services if needed

I need handyman to fix/replace roof tiles ( couple of them) and remove debris roof areas for water block. Also replace 4 globs white colou and, one door lock. Please see attached screenshot for details. You would need work on top of the floor to get this work done.

2 story house. Tile roof

We had air conditioning unit overflowing its coolant onto the porch roof and it has caused discolouration of the roof and wall in a small area. The AC unit has since been fixed. The discolouration needs cleaning from roof and wall.
