Need a neat, professional bead of external-grade polyurethane sealant applied between the timber base of a new front door frame and the external concrete/render. Sealant to be the same or very similar colour to the render (charcoal/dark grey). Price is inclusive of materials.

There is a spot on the render wall at outside. Kids have written something using plant leaves and it is not going even water wash.

Some damage on a column out front of my house. Looks like patching of render to be done. Size is small enough about 20 cm wide ( small area looks like Ute has backed into.)

Exterior corner of house has developed a crack and separation near the eaves/fascia. Looking for someone to repair the damaged section. May involve render, timber trim, or fascia repair if possible please inspect and provide a quote. Thanks More details: A trim board/cover on the exterior corner of my house is missing(circled in red), leaving the edge of the eave/soffit exposed. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering. Could you please also check this area and advise if it needs sealing (e.g. sealant or waterproofing), along with the other repairs? Thanks This is a 2 storey townhouse
