Changing colour and refreshing house. Walls need painting with some small repairs. Some gutters and or facia boards need prep and paint too. There are 2 different colours on the window and door frames that could be part of the job. House is rendered single story 4br, no garage.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to prepare and professionally render the concrete/brick retaining walls in the photos so it all looks the same and can’t tell there’s brick and concrete mixed. Some of the concrete has a bit of a gap to the brick. We haven’t decided in the render finish, likely smooth or It’s approximately 7.5m linear meters of wall with varying heights of between 200mm to 900mm in height covering approximately 4m2 of render. Please give me a price for the job with when you can perform it. At the end of the rendering we want the wall painted woodland grey (same as the posts). Feel free to provide an option for this. Need a concreter to do a concrete render on the bottom third of two walls in our studio (below the tiled areas in the pictures on the concrete sheeting). The two areas to be concreted are 5400 x 1980 each. We would like it to have a very raw unpolished concrete look. See third image for what we want it to look like.

Rendering to brick pillars and walls

We have a 10m x 1-1.5m rendered wall on our pool where the render is bubbling and coming off. We need the bubbling fixed and patched and the whole wall repainted. Also would like the black diamond tiles removed as well. Ideally this can be done without draining the whole pool. Unsure on budget.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone.
