I need a builder or renderer to add a decorative rendering band to my house as shown in the attached AI generated photo (second photo is the current state and the first photo is what I need). I think it would require some kind of form boards installed first to give it the edge and then rendering applied over the board but I could be wrong and there could be other approaches. Property has some some cracks along cladding on second floor above garage on corner of wall and along side wall. Would like a quote to have this repaired and what this would involve.

A small part of the rendering in the pillar in front of the house is cracked and broken. Need to get that fixed and painted.

The wall will need to be patched with gyprock, plaster joins and then wall painted. I need wall to look like it was never repaired. The repair will be about 400mm x 1000mm going from door to back of wall. Wall to be painted about 1500mm x 2000mm I am installing a small sink.
