Need a female door attendant to tick off names on a guest list before they enter the venue. Need an assertive person. Venue will run from 6pm - 12pm

I am needing some assistance for an on the day coordinator to set up my wedding reception decor, do final checks of the space and ensure its ready for our arrival. The tasks will involve decorating the tables with candles, flowers, name cards, setting up gift bags (prepacked) and ensuring things are ready at a set time for our arrival. All decor provided with a detailed plan. May require someone to pick up the decor on the way to setting up but TBC. Approx 3 hours of work.

We just need someone to sit at reception whilst we have our staff Christmas party off-site 9am - 4pm on Friday 5th December. We really just need someone there to accept mail/parcels and take any messages that may come through.

We’re hosting a very intimate elopement ceremony (Couple + 1 guest + 1 child) followed by a small reception at an Airbnb, and we need assistance with the following: - Basic styling of the space (Having prior styling experience is preferred so everything runs smoothly) - Organizing and coordinating small details - Cleaning throughout the event (Basically whatever was set-up) - Helping set up food ordered via UberEats (plating and arranging on the table) - Playing music at specific times (playlist will be provided, just follow cues) - Serving as a witness during the ceremony (as the couple only has one adult guest) - Pack down after the event (removing décor, cleaning, and organizing) - It’s also preferred if you have your own ladder for styling purposes. - This can be handled by one person, but if you prefer to bring someone along, whether it’s a friend or anyone else, both the tasks and payment will be split between the two of you. - A mock-up of the preferred décor style is attached for reference.
