I need a coordinator for my wedding ceremony and reception that will manage everything from ingress to egress. Ingress starts at 3:30pm at the church, and egress starts at 10:45pm (ends around 11:15pm) at our reception venue. Church: Tasks include coordinating with suppliers, seating guests at the church, managing the schedule for people walking down the aisle (entourage, parents, etc) Reception: - ingress: coordinate with suppliers that will set up at the venue (flowers, cake, etc) - help with setting up DIY decorations (plants, candles, welcome sign, etc) - assist with seating all the guests - assist the MC throughout the night with schedule (speeches, first dance, etc) - egress: packing up the DIY items and liaising with driver to pick up items - any other admin tasks in between (if any)

There would be 3 long tables (seats 16-18 people)and 1 small Table (seats 8 people) to decorate with vase, candles, nameplates, etc and a separate “wedding decor” table to add stuff like photos, guestbook, pens, etc Also might need to pick up cake and bring to reception (additional fee applies)

Hi there, I have 2 wedding events: - 9th May , in Fairfield (6pm) - 11th May, in Concord (6pm) For both events, I need someone to visit the venue 1-2 hrs prior to the event starting, and to check that everything has been set up in the way I want it to, as per a checklist I will give you. Then to coordinate with the venue as needed to sort out anything missing. Eg. Check wedding favours on every table, check place cards are all correct as per seating chart, check alcohol bottles on each table, check bridal table has xx etc. I would love someone with attention to detail who has dealt with events before, who would really commit to ensuring everything is perfect for my wedding receptions as this isn’t just a tick box task for me :) $50 per event , assuming 30-45 minutes of work per event.
