Needing a mixologist / bar tender for a hens party on Saturday 19 September from 12:30PM - 5:30PM in Sorrento. All alcohol, ingredients and glassware will be provided - if possible the bartender will bring their own shakers / tools to make the cocktails. The job will include: - Preparing the required garnishes and overall bar area for the drinks prior to guest arrival - Mixing and serving a pre-determined selection of cocktails and non-cocktail drink options for the duration of the event - Ensuring guests drinks are topped up throughout the event i.e. roaming with wine and topping up guests glasses so people don't have to wait for a refill. - Clearing away / washing empty glasses.
