I cannot thank Carlos enough for the professional and personable service that came along with his amazing fresh cocktails (miles above the quality that we find at a cocktail bars nowadays). Fresh produce, extremely well balanced spirits and beautiful presentation made everything a joy to look at and almost an orgasm to drink! Carlos’ organisation and communication in the days prior to our party; set up and delivery made everything so easy! If you’re looking for a mixologist/ bartender I could not recommend Carlos enough.
