The Role: Relaxed backyard wedding atmosphere. We don't need you roaming the yard collecting glasses—we strictly want you stationed at the bar, keeping drink lines short, pouring drinks fast, and bringing great energy to our guests. No complex cocktails required—just pouring wine, popping beers, and keeping spirits high! The Schedule: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM (Setup): Arrive, fill the bar tubs with ice, open the first round of drinks, and set up the bar area. 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM (Pre-Ceremony Drinks): Welcome early guests with a pre-ceremony drink as they arrive. 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Ceremony): Pause drink service while the ceremony takes place. 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Party Time): Stand behind the bar, serve drinks, keep lines moving fast, and keep the energy high. (If bar tubs run low, you'll just need to restock ice/drinks from the coolroom in the driveway). 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Pack Down): Wipe down the bar tables, pack away leftover unopened alcohol, and get ready to head home. Requirements: Both applicants MUST hold a valid Victorian RSA. Must be confident, charismatic, and experienced behind a bar. Dress Code: Smart casual black (e.g., neat black pants/jeans, black shirt, comfortable enclosed shoes).
