Hi there! I’m looking for 1–2 reliable and efficient people to help with pack down and clean-up after my wedding reception. This role is ideal for someone who can come in towards the end of the night and ensure everything is packed away smoothly so we don’t have to worry about anything. Event Details: - Reception only  - Will have immediate family there to assist if needed - Pack down time: from ~8:15pm – 10:00pm (approx.) - All items will be organised and instructions provided Key Responsibilities: - Pack down reception décor - Collect and pack table items into boxes (candles, vases, signage, etc.) - Pack leftover food items (if required) - Pack down tables, roughly 14 - Help load items into designated vehicles or storage area - Ensure nothing is left behind at the venue What I’m Looking For: - Efficient, organised, and able to work quickly - Trustworthy and careful with wedding items - Able to follow instructions and take initiative when needed - Previous event experience is a bonus but not required Notes: - This is a straightforward pack-down role (no coordination required) - Everything will be pre-labelled with clear instructions Budget is hourly rate If you’re reliable and happy to help wrap up the night smoothly, I’d love to hear from you 😊

Placing table décor on reception tables (flowers, table runners, candles, table numbers, name tags), setting up signage, and arranging a small candy bar. The role will also involve moving a sign from the ceremony location to the reception and switching on LED candles. All décor items will be supplied and organised in tubs, with clear instructions provided on how everything should be placed. You will also need to collect the items from a vehicle which I plan to have parked at the venue. There will be around 10 plastic tubs to take upstairs to a rooftop venue. Ideally looking for someone with a good eye for styling and presentation to help ensure everything looks neat and well placed.

We would love a guitarist who has their own equipment, speakers, mic, amps- to play at our reception for 2 hours- intermittantly.

Hi there! I know this is a long shot but we very recently had to stop working with our stylist. I have sourced almost everything we need, however we’re looking for help with set up and pack down of our ceremony and reception so that our guests can sit back and relax. Is this something you do, or alternatively do you know anyone in the industry that does just set up and back down?

We require a magician to perform card and coin tricks (etc) to our guests at a reception party. You will be walking around the event and interacting with the guests. You will be required for 2.5hrs from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
