Hi, I am looking for an experienced handyman for removal and installation work. All new items are already supplied on site, and I will handle all rubbish disposal myself. Scope of work: 1. Rangehood: install 1 x new recirculating rangehood (plug-in). 2. Ceiling Patching: Remove damaged ceiling section above the rangehood & install new plyboard/plasterboard panel. (Painting & final plastering will be done by painter later). 3. Vanities: Remove existing vanities & install 2 x new vanities (including basins, cabinets, taps, cutting/modifying cabinet backs for pipe fitment, and applying silicon seal around edges/wall). Note: Not sure if there are isolation valves under the sinks, but I know where the main water shut-off valve is located. 16/8 Update Here are the updated details for the job: 1. Kitchen Sink: I’ve already taken care of the sink installation myself, so the sink replacement is no longer needed. 2. Kitchen Base Cabinet: I just need to re-position/re-attach the hinges on one of the kitchen sink base cabinets. 3. Rangehood & Wall Cabinet: I need one upper wall cabinet installed, and the rangehood fitted inside that cabinet. 4.The old rangehood has already been removed as well. Electrician will provide Electrical Power Provision. You need to help to install the rangehood. Duct can be put through the back wall fence to face the open sky (1.5feet gap between my fence and neighbour fence). Refer to the rangehood model and and photo of the marked install area. In photo on top BBQ fence the light will be removed and power provisioned and connectivity will be provided by the electrician. There is a single phase power subboard under the bbq cupboard from where the power is coming through behind the wall fence. Hi, I’m looking for someone to install, including ducting for a new rangehood. The rangehood is a Smeg Victoria chimney-style rangehood, and there is currently no existing ducting to the outside, so a new ducted exhaust will need to be installed through eave. It’s a low set one story house. Tasker to provide ducting for room and external vent. There is a manhole for access. Electrical has been completed- they have installed a movable electrical outlet.
