Toilet is connected to stormwater supply which stops working in summer. Need to reconnect this to direct water supply to make it working all year long.

When the waste in my sink is pushed down completely, it doesn’t close completely so I can’t fill my sink up with water.

The water temperature in our shower is inconsistent, it will start out as hot then go cold and not go back to the hot temperature. The hot water is coming out perfectly in the rest of the house, including the bath. This only started happening two weeks ago.

Recently moved into a new place and the floors are very sloped and there’s no power point nearby. I need to move the washing machine into the kitchen if at all possible. The washing machine is less than a metre from the kitchen sink, and the cabinetry is all open underneath with holes drilled previously.

There are 7 irrigation valves and at least one of them is still leaking. I have had 2 landscapers work on this with the explicit instructions that it neds to be well organised and without leaks and both elected to do it quick / cheap rather than well. I want this rearranged, organised and all leaks resolved. I don't mind if everything in this area needs to be rearranged (including the pump and connection to tank / mains) - I just want it all working, neat and sorted once and for all. [I have disconnected 3 of the valves to prevent leaks on those 3 and still be able to use the other 4 zones]. Happy to negotiate on price if the best way to go is to start afresh and thus more work and materials are necessary. - Due date: Flexible

Had the landscaper who did our front yard neaten up the valve box and connection to mains but now 3 weeks after he did the job found 3 leaks (1 @ main connection, 1 where manifold joins solenoid and 1 solenoid not closing properly). Need a pro with some attention to detail and pride in their work to fix it. - Due date: Flexible

The rain water pipe is broken. Needs replacement.
