I have two bathrooms at home: Bathroom A (old part of the house), and Bathroom B (new part of the house). Bathroom A had always drained slowly. Issue started a week ago when Toilet A appeared blocked. It self rectified after a little while, but the problem has been reoccurring since. Air bubbles and loud gurgling can be noticed. Today, associated with the bathroom A blockage, very loud gurgling can be heard across all sinks, including kitchen, and shower areas in both A & B bathroom. Smell of sewerage can be detected in bathroom B accompanying the gurgling. The gurgling lasts a long time (more than 1 hour).

Fix the water leaking tap and fix the door frame damaged by water leaking.

Is there anyone who can extend or do something to put my fridge inside the gap.

I need a professional to inspect my hot water system. Located in an apartment laundry room. There have been no issues with hot water supply, but we recently moved here and don't know about its maintenance history. Occasionally makes odd noises. Also to replace the washers and o-rings in two sets of taps.

I am available most days day and night. 1, This needs fixing One shower tap spindle cannot be unscrewed. I tried with tube spanner. It is leaking slowly. I have new tap washers goes inside the tip of spindle. But I don't have the red circle washer. I trust you have it. 2, This needs checking and a quote Below shower cube, at least two PVC joints show slow leakage. Not sure if it is from the joint or from shower floor. Timber close by shows water mark. Need to find out why and quote. 3, This needs quote Two taps of bath tub needs new washers including the red circle. Our LG fridge has an issue with the defrost drain line. It seems to be blocked or not draining properly, which causes water to accumulate and freeze at the bottom of the fridge. Eventually, the ice melts and leaks water onto the floor. There's been a water leaking issue of my shower head; as such, I've been trying to unscrew the shower tap to see if it would be as simple as changing the washer inside; after taking off the handle, the tap cover has been unexpected tight; as such, I've tried both the normal and soft wrench to unscrew it; no luck so far Therefore, I need some help here; because after unscrewing the tap covers, I need a licensed plumber to help me further determine if the culprit of leaking water is the washer as expected; if so, I reckon we can exchange the washer straightaway on-site; otherwise, we can discuss the future plan of fixing the seat and the cost; either way in the end, we need to put the tap cover and handle back ...
