Hi Team, if you’re interested, there’s a plumbing task we need to do. Our water heater is only giving mild water in the bathrooms and very hot water in the kitchen. The issue might be coming from a valve, as pictured.

Leaky kitchen pipe to be fixed or replaced

Kitchen sink tap has leak from side. Tap is not dripping otherwise.

I self manage a rental property in West Leederville, and my tenants have reported the toilet is running. Additionally, there is also a small leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink

Plumbing is already set up and I just need someone to be able to help with connecting hose from new fridge to plumbing. I have tried including purchasing new brass connectors however I am still getting leaks from connection

Need someone to whip around and unblock the kitchen sink. There’s also reports of the toilet sounding like it’s running water. Would need to diagnose and hopefully fix the problem too. Frustratingly, I am overseas, so would need this to be coordinated through the tenants who live at the property.

I’ve got a new fridge which can make ice if I connect it to the water. All the pipes seems to be there from both ends, but I just can’t connect, if anyone can help?
