My mixer tap has snapped. I need the old tap removed and a new one installed. I have tried to remove it myself but the fixings are behined the basin making it very difficult to get to. I have not yet got a new mixer as i cant measure it until i get the old one off. Price negotiable I just put $100 to start

Shower mixer tap is dripping. I believe it needs the cartridge replaced, but the grub screw on the handle may be a bit stuck, Allen key removal is not working. Looking for someone to replace cartridge which I will pay for once I find out which one I need to buy. Located in Balcatta. Flexible with time, but weekends and after 4pm preferred.

I've been using an on-tap filter for a while and now the back pressure has damaged/worn the seals inside the flick mixer tap itself. Just wanting someone to 'service' the flick mixer tap as even if the filter is removed if you put the tap on full pressure it still leaks out of the tap itself.

Looking for someone to have a look at our shower that is leaking through the wall. It does look like the silicone that connects between the floor and wall might need redoing? Trying to hold off renovating our bathrooms and just fix for now but if can’t be done and the whole shower needs to be redone will have to look into that at a later date

It looks like the tap washer or cartridge might need replacing. Got water damage on other side of shower wall. Require shower to be sealed or regrouted. Would also like shower screen replaced.

I need to maintain my 1 bedroom apartment in the Perth CBD (address 22 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000). Firstly, the toilet water tank keep refilling after flush and it doesn't completely stop after water tank has been refilled fully. Secondly, the tile at the shower drain tray area needs to be re-sealed (old seal no longer working).
