New 75mm down pipe on patio connect to existing adjacent 100mm stormwater drain 300mm deep under lawn 2.5m away

- Install shower head (provided at site) - Put some extra plumbing thread to fix leak of toilet tank - pipe connection (small one)

Tap leaking constant water even though cold and hot handles are off.

New toilet waste pipe to be connected to sewer line outside . Waste pipe in position already

Connect waste outside ( exposed already ) to existing gulley or outside sewer pipe

Bathroom remodel - reposition the toilet by either tying into exiting waste in the old position or fit in a new position but tying into waste outside

Solder 40 joints in copper water pipes. All pipes cut and joint’s prepped. Ready to be soldered .

There is a slow leak on the mains to the house after the mains tap and before the house. It's left a indentation on the lawn. It has been this way for 10 years! Getting slowly worse. My guess is that it needs a dig up and repair. The mains to the house is pvc I think ( you can see they have disconnected the copper pipe and install a pvc pipe). Quote is to dig up the pipe and do a repair on that spot. I understand if more work is required than a spot repair it's a different job / price. I work from home so can be flexible.

Leak where the toilet pan connects to the outlet pipe . Pan connector seal is leaking .

Outside water pipe leaking need to be fixed, labor fee 100,extra cost of pipe ( see the last picture of the pipe)will be paid as well. Thx
