Find an experienced plumber in Unley

I require a qualified plumber’s second opinion that can be provided in writing after an inspection regarding on whether the pipes under my shower exclusively serve my apartment or if they service the whole building. I live in a Strata title apartment block and repairs were done to fix a leak within the pipes, these repairs were done through the contracted plumbers under Strata. Challenging the Strata Corporation that this is not my cost as pipes are considered “common property” and therefore are not the owner’s responsibility.

Water is leaking through the shower screen door. It has been siliconed twice all around but the water is somehow still leaking through. I need someone to further investigate or apply more silicone.

Its a diy 48v ebike, need to find out why it's not running, most likely a faulty throttle as I check MOSFET and it's okay. All the connectors has been in contact with water but controller is dry. With the right knowledge and tools and parts it should be an hour job
