Hello Our outdoor kitchen has a gap for gas pipe. That is letting cockroaches come in. Need help to close this gap around gas pipe. Make it in accessible for pests

Submersible Motor in the tank needs replacement. Not working now. (Supply and Install motor). And there is a leak to the pvc pipe bend. And rain water tank draining tap needs to be installed. Inside the tank water and walls are dirty cleaning suggestions. Filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.

There is a leaking section on the external water pipe on my house wall. The leak is at the branch valve/connector that supplies water to the toilet. At the moment, I can only shut off the small valve to stop the leak, but this means the toilet has no water. All other taps in the house still work.
