There is leakage from the bottom of the commode , need to fix the issue by replacing with new one and take the old commode with you to discard

Looking for a plumber to modify existing plumbing in laundry area. Scope of work: • Remove and close connections for the two wall taps (circled in green in photo). • Relocate the existing hot and cold water connections (marked in pink) down to the lower position marked in blue. • Ensure connections are ready for future fixture installation. Wall is currently open, so access is available.
