Seeking a qualified plumber to perform the following first fix tasks: - Redirect & rechannel hot and cold tap lines to allow for a benchtop mixer tap . -Lower outlet drain pipe by one brick in height on inside and outside walls(so drain sits beneath new kaboodle cupboard - The cupboard/sink and tap will be on the right hand side. Washing machine in middle) - Block off two unused taps. See photos to assist. I can assist with channeling and patching etc. if needed Can negotiate second fix work when this is all sorted.

Require replacing of two bidet hand showers in toilets. Looks pretty straightforward task. An experienced plumber can probably finish both the installations within 30 mins. Hi, I need help adjusting the connecting pipes on my Holman QuikDial irrigation timer. The timer is already mounted on the wall and working, but the hose connections seem a bit loose and might need to be refitted or repositioned. I’d like to make sure the pipes are connected properly, not leaking, and the setup height is correct for easy access.

Posting on behalf of my elderly neighbour (pensioner) Her toilet is blocked. Well to a degree, the level slowly goes down. I’ve just tried going at it with a plunger 🪠 but to no result. When I plunger the toilet, the floor trap in the laundry overflows. Kitchen & bathroom all ok. This is a unit & no other units are affected so my guess its isolated. Would like someone ASAP.
