Hot tub is deflating and leaking water

We have a small ensuite which needs renovating. We have room to extend the bathroom by ~1m in length, requiring new stud wall. The wall to the left will be We would like a bath with shower, sink vanity and toilet replaced. The bathroom dimensions are ~ 3900 x 890, 2.4m high ceilings. The electrics are complete. We have the toilet and shower hardware.

4 years ago, a plumber quoted to replace a shower base, the bottom tiles that sit on top of shower base, and WATERPROOF the tiles. We are now getting water seeping through an area from the shower, into the plasterboard and into the adjacent room and under the carpet Unfortunately we are not experts and require a competent plumber to come out and inspect, remove the water and rectify the issue I suspect that the waterproofing on the toilets is failing, or the grout was not properly placed and the water is escaping this way.
