Need the kitchen sink tp change

Need someone to change sink tap. Tap will be provided.

I need to fill grouting and silicon in bathroom, toilet , laundry , kitchen and where necessary as you see house.

Dishwasher has been placed under kitchen bench, is already connected to power. 2x drains need to be attached to drain under kitchen sink. Drains that came with dishwasher are too short and also need to be replaced by installer.

The old motor connected to the toilet inside has broken. We want to connect it to the mains. There is the pipe already in there for connection.

Fix a cracked storm water pipe near kerb

Following installation of Veranda - down pipe needs attaching to storm water pipe. Storm water pipe also needs moving/adjusting (currently runs under steel posts) As per photo, I have circled the down pipe, and the storm water drain and approx where it runs.

Have the space in kitchen under bench there is a power point but no pipe to connect dishwasher

The irrigation system out the back only covers a very small area of the lawn when turned on, some sprinklers seem to have very low water pressure and some don't work at all (pop up sprinklers) The front system has a leak near the tap, and the pop up sprinklers work but the dripper system doesn't seem to.
