Water leaking from the kitchen tap. When the tap is off, water leaks from the tip of the tap. When the tap is on, water leaks from the base of the tap. Also hot water side tap handle is disconnected and coming out now. Need to fix these issues. Snaps attached. Willing to pay AUD 80 as labor cost + If required replacement tap cost at actual price.

There is leakages in pipe and water is falling from laundry ceiling. So there is water coming out from laundry. It’s small space though. I am looking for someone to dry up the floor.

Relocate and replacement of hot water system

The bolt is rusted to the thread holding the tap in place. May need an angle grinder to remove it

Need trade person ( licensed ) for hot water system to check Piolet is turning on but readily switches off when burner is being lit.

There is a small leak under the kitchen sink that needs to be repaired. Also, hot water in shower needs to be checked. It is not very hot while it is elsewhere.

20 year old leaking toilets need replacing in the main bathroom (1st floor) and separate toilet (ground floor). Wall to s trap measures in at 21cm? Both the same old model. Will supply own toilet for the direct install however need your expert advice first on best way forward as on a strict budget: 1. Replace whole toilet with Estilo or Mondella Rocco? 2.
