Location: Mount Barker. Need someone to help with some plumbing issues in bathroom and ensuite. Toilet takes longer than it should to refill (maybe an issue with the float?). Bathroom sink the cold water tap does not work and the sink needs silicone seal (possibly tap not connected when sink replaced). The hot water in shower does not always work, need this looked into.

We have a sudden irrigation leak in our garden from an irrigation system we didn't know existed. We are urgently looking for an irrigation specialist to hunt down the source of the leak in our front garden and fix it. The water flow from the bathroom sink tap has been progressively slowing down over time. The shower in the bathroom functions normally and quickly, and all other taps in the house are operating properly. The bathroom is situated on the second floor.
