Need my bathroom sink vanity replaced. 1200mm. All plumbing is fine just need the old vanity sink only (vanity unit is fine) taken out and a new one put in.

We are renovating our bathroom and will be moving the shower, toilet and vanity to reconfigure. Currently we have a bathroom and seperate toilet. We currently have an original untouched 1993 bathroom from when the house was built. We will be reconfiguring this to create an ensuite and seperate main bathroom (essentially splitting the original 1 bathroom into 2). We have all other trades lined up except the plumber and all demolition work will be complete too. I have attached the original floorplan and proposed floorplan below. Budget pending consultation and scope of work required. I have added a random number to the airtask 'budget' to allow the ad to be posted.

need fitout completed - tapware supplied . shower hot/cold taps , dbl vanity mixer x2 (supplied) need plugs and waste connected -need plugs. Freestanding bath need to be finalised - in place but need mixer and spout attached (supplied) and drain and waste attached - need plug /drain assembly understand drain cost plugs extra

Leaking tap even when it’s closed . Change both taps . One waking and the other still functional.

I need someone to install a water line from the sink to the fridge for the water dispenser and ice maker.

Fix hinge on toilet seat.

The leak seems to be in the area of the little tap that turns on the water to the toilet.

hello. the handle of our bathtubs hot water tap has come away and needs to be repaired (or replaced) as well as our dishwasher water inlet hose is leaking.

Bathrooms taps are leaking and likely need washers replace but I've been unable to unscrew myself. Quick and easy job

Hello, We have a commercial property in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast QLD. We need a builder who can replace the Awnings, gutters and down pipes.I am attaching some pics of what needs to be fixed/replaced. If somebody is interested in inspecting the property then I can organise an inspection. If someone can help us out it would be much appreciated.

Will need to be bogged, sanded and repainted to match. I do not have paint so will need to be colour matched I assume. Moving out so needs to be done before Monday night.

Just got a new fridge and need the water hose connected please. Think it needs a different piece than what is provided.

Pulled the basin tap apart to get the mixer part number for replacement and the bottom part of the cartridge was cracked and immediately went to pieces. Need someone to install a new mixer tap as this will be the quickest option. Happy to go get one from Bunnings or you can supply. The current look is in the photos if we can get close ish.
