Water leaking from mixer tap has damaged underneath of vanity top it needs a new vanity top, new handbasin and mixer tap.

I want to install this filter system below my kitchen bench (will post photos) and replace my existing tap with one that has the filter water + normal water faucet in one (will post photos)

I have just moved to a new house, and I would like to set up plumbing for my fridge. There is currently no water to the fridge, but the sink is not too far away, so I am hoping it will be possible.

Existing internal plumbing to be connected to my fridges water filter.

Existing water tank removal and taken away. Down pipe currently connected to tank to be replaced with new down pipe. The new down pipe needs to go underground (small trench to be dug) and pipe to go underground/under fence where it can terminate.

Water from toilet cistern won't stop flowing into toilet bowl

Our tenants have reported that the shower pipes make quite a loud noise when in use, as well as the toilet when flushed, and every now and then the kitchen makes a banging noise when the hot water is turned off. If the shower is in use and another tap is used it will vibrate in the wall.

We have one clogged sink that won't drain. However, all our other sinks in the clinic are draining but very slowly

Need my bathroom sink vanity replaced. 1200mm. All plumbing is fine just need the old vanity sink only (vanity unit is fine) taken out and a new one put in.

We are renovating our bathroom and will be moving the shower, toilet and vanity to reconfigure. Currently we have a bathroom and seperate toilet. We currently have an original untouched 1993 bathroom from when the house was built. We will be reconfiguring this to create an ensuite and seperate main bathroom (essentially splitting the original 1 bathroom into 2).
