I have: • A sink I want to install outside • Hot and cold water points already on the wall • A gas point nearby that I want to use for a BBQ connection • I also found a drain in the grass, but I’m not sure if it’s for stormwater or if I can use it for sink waste — could you please check if it’s suitable? I'm pouring a concrete slab this Saturday (I’ve already dug out the grass and installed timber at level). There are three existing drains that I’ve joined together and lifted slightly so they sit above the new slab level. I work in construction myself, so I’ll be working with you and have all the tools and materials ready.
