Need a plumber to connect water supply thingy for my dishwasher :)

So, I have inherited a house with a true 'landlord special'. The property came with a washing machine that has now died. I am getting a new one connected on Saturday but need the old one disconnected so they can take it away. The machine was installed under a counter in such a way that we had to sort of break the counter to get it out. The powercord is also caulked against the wall. I need assistance disconnecting the washing machine safely (see under sink where it is attached to the kitchen sink and mixer tap, unsure if a washer is needed?) as I'm not very experienced with plumbing. So sorry for the mess. It's pretty grimy.

Tap leaking between joint of the tap and vanity when mixer is turned to hot water. It doesn’t leak when it is turned to cold water.
