UPDATE: wall is plasterboard, pipe seems to be copper, and it is a house. Need a plumber to move the laundry tap lower, by around 30 cm. Initially, it was an old mixer within the wall but wants the cold and hot taps to be moved lower separately, and each then split into two (one for sink and one for washing machine that will be connected later). See image of a splitter I may need (to be provided by the plumber). If wall needs to be cut, that’s fine and I’ll fix it myself. You need to provide any other materials needed.
