We have taken the old kitchen sink and tap, need help to get the job finished plumbing it in clipping it down and sealing.

Decommission one set of taps at the washing machine on first floor to make room for vanity installation. Install hot and cold tap in garage for Washing machine. Boiler, Mixing valve and waste pipe existing at the back wall directly behind where the new taps will be installed internally.

Need someone to come and fix some down pipes, general wear and tear plus some damage from whipper snipper.

I have some minor plumbing that needs doing. A new shower head fitted and two sets of taps/pipes moved in the laundry to below bench height.

We need 1 house replaced after the plumber took it out 2 years ago to fix the leaking pipe. The brick will need to be supplied.

We have a new vanity for the bathroom which needs fitting and plumbing in, so it’s all water tight and useable. We have started the project, the old one is removed .

Plumber needed to change bathroom taps to property owner supplied quarter turn taps. Two shower taps sets (shower heads do not need changing), two sets of vanity sink taps and spout and one set of bath taps and spout.

Replace existing handles of laundry taps with quarter turn ( we will supply) and fix the drip. There is also an outdoor dripping tap where the hose connects.

Licenced plumber to do the following: -Reposition waste water pipe closer to floor. -Cut and cap copper pipes and positioned under where the sink will be located. See photos

We need a plumber to help redirect the water discharge from the air-conditioning units away from the entrance as the buildings storm water downpipes do not run into drains.

My insinkerator has began to “rattle” when on. Still works fine but just doesn’t sound good. May only need some tightening up, I’m not sure. Hoping to find someone who is familiar with these and have fixed.
