Looking for a plumber/handyman to fix our kitchen mixer tap. The tap is not properly mounted to the surface and feels loose, which causes the hose to leak when we rotate it from side to side. Should be a quick job with the right tools. Please bring your own wrench and any tools needed.

I have an Insinkerator E75 unit that I require installed under my sink. I have attached photos of the Insinkerator, my sink and the drainage pipes underneath.

Cistern has recently been replaced. Water however is not flowing into cistern as pipes were incorrectly fitted. Pipes need to be correctly fitted. Update - sorry photos not available as at a different location. additional detail - join from the cistern to the connecting pipe is the issue. it leaks down the pipe when the flush is pushed. Might be pipe alignment or sealing issue...?

Suddenly water started coming out from the electric hot water system. It seems green part at the top of the electric hot water system became loose. Tenant switched off the hot water supply but then now there is no hot water inside the house. See pictures and videos.
