Cistern has recently been replaced. Water however is not flowing into cistern as pipes were incorrectly fitted. Pipes need to be correctly fitted. Update - sorry photos not available as at a different location. additional detail - join from the cistern to the connecting pipe is the issue. it leaks down the pipe when the flush is pushed. Might be pipe alignment or sealing issue...?
